10 foot wide Park Model RVs

So spacious with all of the comforts & finish-outs of home! Technically they're 10'4" wide with 2" overhanging on each side of the 10' trailer. You can pull one down most roads with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

+ a permit from each state you're driving through. You'll need an "Oversize Load" sign and some flags on the corners,

but you do NOT need a lead/follow vehicle.

32' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe ~ "Big Bertha"

Built in 2020 this home has 3 distinct sleeping quarters. Add a sleeper sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6! The Master Bedroom is a Stand-Up Loft with a California King Bed Platform. Walk around 2 sides of the bed & stand up by your wardrobes to get dressed. The crawl-in loft has a dividing wall between 2 Twin Beds with built-in shelves for storage and privacy.

36' x 10' RambleR Deluxe ~ "Sweet Melissa"

Built in 2022 this home is our Rambler Deluxe Floor Plan with a large Gourmet Kitchen & 3 seater dining bar. It was built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the sturdiest, most durable framing, better insulation & 10% overall weight reduction. It sleeps up to 4 if you add a sleeper sofa to the living room.

32' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe ~ "Chuy's House"

This Homesteader Deluxe has added a second set of storage stairs with a stand-up landing to the crawl-in-loft. There's also space for full-size, side-by-side washer & dryer.

39' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe Gooseneck ~ "Quite a Party"

In 2022 we added a Gooseneck to our Homesteader Deluxe Floor Plan for a family of 5. It has 4 separate sleeping areas and sleeps up to 7 with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen has tons of storage including a large fridge & pantry to feed a family!

36' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe ~ "Villakula"

This Homesteader Deluxe was built in 2020. It features an extra large kitchen plus a 7'x7' bathroom with a free standing soaking tub & double sinks. This is truly a luxury home with high-end finishes throughout.

39' x 10' Entertainer Deluxe Gooseneck ~ "Grace"

In 2023 we built an Entertainer Deluxe in a 10' wide Gooseneck trailer. The Kitchen is in the Gooseneck to make enough space downstairs for some special furniture that the homeowner wanted to keep. The homeowner plans to use the second loft in this Entertainer as a dining room with a low Japanese-style table.

36' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe ~ "Elsie"

This Homesteader Deluxe has 2 storage staircases and enough room for King-Sized Beds in both lofts. This home has fully off-grid capabilities and can also be grid-tied for flexibility with parking options.

38' x 10' Entertainer Deluxe ~ "Rosalind" 

This Entertainer DOUBLE Deluxe has TWO Full Bathrooms! There are also 2 storage staircases & both Stand-Up Lofts have the Deluxe upgrade thanks to TWO 2 foot Bump-outs on the second floor. This home truly has ALL the comforts!

32' x 10' Pioneer ~ "Reggie" 

This Pioneer has a storage loft with a real staircase! The 2 foot Bump Out allows for a huge Wall of Wardrobes in the Master Bedroom, plus there is more storage in the Queen-Size Pop-Up Bed. A built-in office space in the main living area also converts into a dining table.

38' x 10' Pioneer ~

"Blueberry Hill" 

This Pioneer has a very open, all-one-level floor plan & the huge windows make it feel even bigger! This cabin was built as a week-end getaway for a Blueberry Farm. It's made for "glamping" with an incinerator toilet & the homeowner plans to have an out-door shower so she opted for no plumbing in the home.

48' x 10' Entertainer Deluxe ~ "Tree House" 

This Entertainer Deluxe maxes out the interior square footage for a Tiny Home (399 sq. ft.). The 2 large Stand-Up Lofts contain 3 distinct sleeping quarters that add an additional 150 unofficial square feet of living space. The balcony in the Gooseneck creates 80 sq. ft. of outdoor living space so there is plenty of room for everyone!

36' x 10' Homesteader Deluxe ~ "Mohnke" 

This Homesteader Deluxe is a similar floor plan to the "Elsie" home (above) with 2 storage staircases and enough room for King-Sized Beds in both lofts. This homeowner opted for 100% grid-tied utilities so it has our standard RV hook-ups with 50 amp electric service.
