This package includes the plans for 2 Indigo River Homes with plenty of built-ins and special features. All of the plans in this package are for 2x4 wood framing with extra bracing for reinforcements. 
 
#IRTHome13 "Origin" is a 36' Bunkhouse Deluxe
3 bedroom with all of our standard features plus an exterior cedar accent, full-light door, 24" oven, washer/dryer connections, 2 pop-up desks and extra shelving in the master bedroom & bathroom.
The bathroom has a 36" x 36"shower.
 
#IRTHome33 "Tia" is a 36' Bunkhouse Deluxe The same 3 bedroom layout and upgrades as the Origin but with even more customizations including a Food-truck window, 4 burners on the cooktop, a built-in microwave, a solar electric system with a hybrid mini-split & hybrid water heater that are more energy efficient. The bathroom features a soaking tub/shower combo with tile surround.

Both Homes have the Deluxe Master Loft with the L-shaped stand-up landing that 
allows you to walk around 2 sides of the Queen Bed Platform + double wardrobes 
with an extra window & window seat or pop-up desk.
 
Purchasing plans for homes that have been built IN REALITY ensures that you won't run into unknowns that hold up your build!
When a home is built for the first time, it inevitably turns out different from the original plans in some way.  But we have worked out those kinks for you already when we built these homes in 2020 and 2022.

This purchase includes everything in the plans that Indigo River uses to guide our builds. Plumbing & Electrical are added after the shell is built by measuring & marking off the locations for outlets & fixtures on the actual shell so we usually don't draw plans for these aspects.

We recommend hiring a licensed plumber & electrician to install these aspects once the shell is completed. Most experienced plumbers & electricians will have their own ways of running the pipes & wiring so you probably won't need drawings for plumbing & electrical if you are using a professional sub-contractor. 
 
Optional Add-Ons:
If your plumber or electrician wants drawings for these aspects you can purchase 3 extra sets of drawings as add-ons:
