When we build at Indigo River, we add Plumbing & Electrical after the shell is built by measuring & marking off the locations for outlets & fixtures on the actual shell.
 
We recommend hiring a licensed plumber & electrician to install these components once your shell is completed.
Most experienced plumbers & electricians will have their own ways of running the pipes & wiring so you might not need these drawings if you are using professional sub-contractors.
You can always purchase them later if needed.
